Join us for our k-2 Peaceful Kids Program in Term 1, 2026 — a gentle, small-group mindfulness and resilience course designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing.
Sessions are held on Thursday afternoons at Hurstville Public School from 3.10 pm to 4.10 pm and include guided activities, reflection, and practical tools that children can use in everyday life.
Over seven weeks, children will learn simple strategies to manage worry, build confidence, and develop lifelong emotional skills in a calm, nurturing environment.

Term 3, Peaceful Kids (4-6 years) Transition to school Oatley Library Hall
Starting school is a big step. This modified Peaceful Kids program supports 4–6-year-olds as they transition into school, helping them build emotional wellbeing, resilience, and confidence. Using age-appropriate mindfulness strategies, children learn to recognise and manage emotions, develop calm focus, and feel more secure during this important change.
