We invite your child to take part in our Peaceful Kids programme for Term 1 at Hurstville Public School. This gentle and supportive small-group programme has been created to help children build calm, confidence and practical skills to manage worry and everyday challenges.

We will meet every Thursday from 3.10 pm to 4.10 pm for seven weeks. Across the term, children will explore mindfulness, emotional literacy and simple resilience strategies through guided activities, discussions and calming practices.

The programme provides a nurturing space where children can learn at their own pace, feel supported and develop lifelong wellbeing tools that they can carry with them beyond the classroom.

We would love to welcome your child into our Term 1 group and support them in building a strong, calm and confident start to the year.
