Peaceful Kids
Small Group Support
Overview
The Peaceful Kids programs are designed to be delivered in a school setting, where students can be nominated by parents or referred by teachers. This intensive program equips children with essential coping strategies, fostering emotional resilience and mitigating the effects of stress on their well-being.
Structure
Our programs run for 8 weeks (5 weeks for 4 to 6-year-olds) and emphasize the importance of parental involvement in reinforcing these strategies at home.
Peaceful Classrooms
Whole Class Sessions
Our 8-week Mindfulness Program brings weekly sessions directly into the classroom. Designed to help children cultivate essential mindfulness skills, this program aims to reduce stress, enhance focus, and boost emotional intelligence. Each session features mindful movement and concludes with a guided mindfulness practice. The program is delivered in collaboration with the class teacher.
‘Chill Out’ Sessions
The ‘Peaceful Chill out” program provides schools, organisations, wellbeing practitioners and groups with engaging mindfulness activities and meditations for children.
The program has been created to support all children in the classroom or outside the classroom in groups to develop an ongoing mindfulness practice.
Simple, effective and proven exercises help students to stay calm, relax, focus and learn more effectively during the day. ‘Chill Out’ sessions help students to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them.
