Peaceful Kids

Modified Program (ages 4-6)

Starting school is a big step. This modified mindfulness program supports 4–6-year-olds as they transition into school, helping them build emotional wellbeing, resilience, and confidence. Using age-appropriate mindfulness strategies, children learn to recognise and manage emotions, develop calm focus, and feel more secure during this important change.

  • Modified Peaceful Kids – Transition to School (Ages 4–6)

The modified Peaceful Kids program supports young children and their caregivers as they prepare for starting school. Attending together helps build shared language and strategies that can be practised at home.

Through playful, age-appropriate activities, children learn to recognise, name, and manage emotions, understand worry and stress, and share feelings safely using visual Monkey Feeling Cards. Simple self-regulation tools such as Mindful Belly breathing, Breathing Buddies, and gentle meditations help children calm their minds and bodies.
