We warmly invite you and your child to join our Term 3 Peaceful Kids – Modified Program, designed for children aged 4–6 years. This gentle, supportive small-group program helps children build calm, confidence, and practical skills to manage worry and everyday challenges.
Sessions are held every Thursday morning at 10:15am for five weeks. Throughout the term, children are introduced to a range of age-appropriate mindfulness strategies, simple meditations, effective coping tools, and positive psychology activities. Each week, children learn a new meditation and are encouraged to practice at home with caregiver support.
The program offers a nurturing environment where children can learn at their own pace, feel safe and supported, and develop lifelong wellbeing skills they can carry beyond the classroom.
