Peaceful Kids (Grades 3–6) After- School Session 3.10 pm - 4.10 pm
The Peaceful Kids program for children in Grades 3–6 supports students to better understand their emotions, manage stress, and build confidence in a supportive and engaging environment.
Through practical, age-appropriate activities, children learn a range of wellbeing tools including breathing and relaxation techniques, mindfulness, journaling, and strategies for letting go of unhelpful or negative thoughts. The program also encourages gratitude, positive thinking, and self-awareness, helping children develop resilience and a stronger sense of emotional wellbeing.
Peaceful Kids empowers children with lifelong skills to calm their minds, manage big feelings, and feel more confident at school and at home.
