Whole Class Sessions
Option 1: Classroom Integration
Our 10 week Mindfulness Program brings weekly 45-minute sessions directly into the classroom. Designed to help children cultivate essential mindfulness skills, this program aims to reduce stress, enhance focus, and boost emotional intelligence. Each session features mindful movement and concludes with a guided mindfulness practice. The program is delivered in collaboration with the class teacher.
Option 2: Teacher Relief Program
This program is facilitated by a qualified teacher who provides grades for academic reports and a weekly overview for teachers. Additionally, we offer a complimentary introductory session for staff to ensure everyone is equipped to support the program.
